Kennedy Law's John F. Kennedy and Tamara S. Clower have worked together for almost 20 years and are each personally involved in the representation of all of the firm's clients.


JOHN F. KENNEDY

Kennedy graduated with honors from the University of San Diego and was awarded a pre-doctoral fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania before obtaining his law degree at Georgetown University Law Center in 1974.

Kennedy has extensively litigated personal injury and wrongful death cases involving auto, commercial transportation, construction, premises liability, fire loss and products and product defects. He is also experienced in employment discrimination, police misconduct/civil rights health care and professional liability litigation.

Kennedy has been a speaker at trial academies and symposiums regarding trial and discovery techniques and procedures.

Kennedy has also been a speaker at numerous regional and national seminars on civil rights and governmental liability issues involving employment discrimination, police misconduct, and municipal and supervisory liability.

Kennedy is the past Chairman of the DRI (Defense Research and Trial Lawyers Association) Governmental Liability Committee and past Regional Vice President of the DRI and is a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel.

Mediating cases as a litigator and as a mediator is an important component of Kennedy's practice.


TAMARA S. CLOWER

Clower graduated with honors, magna cum laude from Pacific Lutheran University before pursuing her law degree at the University of Arizona and Seattle University School of Law, graduating with honors, cum laude in 1990. Clower began her practice with Kennedy Law in 1991.

Clower has focused much of her practice on auto, commercial transportation, construction, premises liability, fire loss and products liability cases. She is the principal attorney at Kennedy Law for insurance coverage and appellate litigation. She has also worked closely with Mr. Kennedy in cases involving employment discrimination, civil rights violations and professional liability.

Mr. Kennedy and Ms. Clower are committed to the fair, just and compassionate representation of individuals and their families who have suffered personal injury or wrongful death. They bring the same kind of commitment and dedication when they are called upon to defend individuals or entities who are the subject of civil suits.
